All food preparation, handling, and sharing take place directly between community members. Food Safety Is a Shared Responsibility

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES OR INJURY RESULTING FROM FOODBORNE ILLNESS, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, OR MISREPRESENTED INGREDIENTS. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.

If you believe a meal has caused illness, seek medical attention immediately and contact your local health authority. Notify the sharing member and DinnerBank LLC at safety@dinnerbank.io so the community can take appropriate action.
